4. Ryan Breslin, Rye baseball

The Garnet outfielder might not have the gaudiest stats in the league, though his 29 hits and two homers are certainly impressive. But what Breslin does do better than most is this: come through in the clutch. The reliable Breslin may have been the best offensive player in a two-game split with league rivals Harrison, collecting four hits in the series. He has eight multi-hit games on the year and will likely be called upon to spark Rye’s offense in the playoffs.
